چکیده

With the increasing level of intelligence marine engines, there is an demand for online monitoring and NOx emissions have been great concern. In this paper, a simulation model developed based on virtual measurement technology, which can calculate predict current operating state parameters low-speed two-stroke diesel engines. First, calibrated 3D used to design experiments obtain experimental samples. Based generation mechanism engine work-related parameters, relevant factors were selected as alternative input emission model. The correlation analysis was then performed using grey relational method Pearson coefficient, principal component reduce dimensionality by minimizing loss important information in reducing complexity whole Then, structure-related backpropagation neural network (BPNN) adaptively optimized group data handling (GMDH) improve accuracy soft Finally, GMDH–BP validated with compared error evaluation index BPNN genetic algorithm (GA), demonstrated high prediction under same hyperparameter settings. result provides technical support subsequent realization real-time from engines without sensors.

Development of a Mathematical Model for Prediction of Pollutants Emission in D. I. Diesel Engines

Major pollutants emission from Direct-Injection (D.I) diesel engines are predicted by means of a mathematical model. In order to construct such a model, an integral Multi-Zone Combustion Model (MZCM) is formulated, which basically consists of jet mixing and combustion submodels. In MZCM, variation of injection pressure is considered. Also time period of ignition delay is predicted by considerin...

Low NOx Combustion Technology for Minimizing NOx

A noble low NOx combustion technology, based on partial oxidation combustion concept in a fuel rich combustion zone, is successfully applied in this research. The burner is designed such that a portion of fuel is heated and pre-vaporized in the furnace then injected into a fuel rich combustion zone so that a partial oxidation reaction occurs. The effects of equivalence ratio, thermal load, and ...
